charmed by the heart of it all
central location helpful staff charming touch
i was pleased with the central location, it made exploring simple. the staff was helpful and accommodating. i liked the sweetie jar in reception, a charming touch. early arrival was accommodated with luggage storage and a midday checkout helped much.
i noticed some dirt and dust under the beds , as well as around the tv stand. it seemed the cleaning in those areas could have been more thorough.

our comfort twin room offered sufficient space for our needs , especially since we were out most of the day. temperature control worked well , maintaining a comfortable environment. extra pillows were available in the closet.

the staff displayed friendliness and warmth upon arrival , immediately putting us at ease. they readily stored our luggage before check-in and after check-out , which proved very convenient. alex , in particular , was very hospitable.

loud river basic breakfast
the room faced the river, and while it was a nice view, the sound of the water rushing by was surprisingly loud all night (earplugs might be a good investment). also, the breakfast selection was pretty basic (i expected more than just croissants and jam).

the ski bus station was just a short walk away. the staff were very helpful they provided useful information and were very accommodating to all requests i made.

our confort double room had a view overlooking the river the room was a generous size. it also featured a well-kept private bathroom with a shower and complimentary toiletries. we found the beds were comfortable for a good night's sleep.
